You tell us what you are trying to do. We come back within one working day, by email or a call if you prefer, with a straight answer on whether we can help, roughly what it would cost, and what we would do first. If a simpler or cheaper option would serve you better, we will say so.
No pitch deck, no hard sell, and nothing is agreed until scope, price and timeline are in writing.

Is there a minimum project?
Not in money, in fit. If you want the cheapest site available we are not the right people and we will say so. If you want something that works and someone who answers the phone, start the form.
Do you work outside Manchester?
Ask anyway. We focus on Greater Manchester and the North West because being nearby helps, but the work does not depend on it.
Who actually does the work?
The person you talk to. There is no account manager and nothing is handed to a junior.
What do I own at the end?
Everything. Domain, hosting, code, Google profile, content. Documented and handed over.
