Who we are
This website is run by NX TECH INNOVATIONS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17321358. Our divisions include Digital Shack, Life Labs and Phantom Studio. You can reach us at hello@nx-tech.co.uk.
Where these terms say "we" or "us" they mean NX TECH INNOVATIONS LTD. Where they say "you" they mean anyone using this website.
Using this site
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
You may look at our pages, and print or download extracts, for your own use or to share inside your organisation. You may not republish our material elsewhere, sell it, or present it as your own.
Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or anything connected to it, introduce anything malicious, or use automated tools in a way that interferes with the site working normally for other people.
Our content
Unless we say otherwise, everything on this site is owned by us or licensed to us: the words, the design, the code, the illustrations, the animations and the NX-TECH name and marks. Nothing on this site transfers any of that to you.
Third party names, logos and product marks that appear on this site remain the property of their owners and are shown to identify the work they relate to.
Work shown on this site
Our portfolio, demonstrations and app screens are examples of our work. Some are projects delivered for clients and some are concepts we built to show what we can do. They are illustrations of our approach, not a promise of a particular result for you.
If you believe anything shown here uses your material or your brand without permission, email hello@nx-tech.co.uk and we will look into it and act quickly.
What this site does not do
The information on this site is general. It is not advice, and you should not rely on it alone for any decision. Nothing here is an offer to enter a contract, and no price, timescale or scope mentioned on the site is binding on us.
Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement between us, which sets out the scope, the price, the timescale and the terms. If there is any conflict between that agreement and these terms, that agreement wins.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a website we do not run, we do so for information. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your details.
Availability
We try to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from relying on anything on it.
If you use this website as a consumer rather than for business, your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
If you contact us
When you send us an enquiry through a form on this site, we use your details to reply to you. Our privacy notice explains what we collect, why, who handles it for us and how long we keep it.
Please only send us information you have the right to share, and do not send us anything confidential before we have agreed in writing how it will be handled.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
