Who we are

This website is run by NX TECH INNOVATIONS LTD, which is responsible for the details you send us. Our divisions include Digital Shack. You can reach us about privacy at hello@nx-tech.co.uk.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send through a form on this site:

your name and email address
your company, if you give it
your phone number, if you give it
the service you are interested in, your budget band and your message

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us and, where you ask about working with us, taking steps before a contract. We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Who handles it for us

Netlify hosts this website, receives form submissions and stores them. Netlify is based in the United States, so your details may be processed outside the UK under the safeguards it provides.
Microsoft 365 provides our email, where enquiries are delivered.
Google Fonts supplies typefaces on some pages, which shares your IP address with Google when those pages load.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep what we need for the contract and for our legal and accounting duties.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing hello@nx-tech.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
